It is with great please that I introduce baby Carson. He was adopted into a very loving family. He was welcomed by big brother Gavin. I have known this family for a long time now so when I heard they were adopting another baby I was very excited for them. I was honored to be able to photograph this very special moment for them.

Their mom was kind enough to share a little bit of their adoption story with all of you.

After years of trying to have a biological child unsuccessfully, we knew that our path to becoming a family would be through the gift of adoption. After completing the process and holding our breath for what seemed like an eternity, seven months later, we received the magical call on December 10, 2010 that there was a six week old boy that would be our son. Just three days later, we became parents to this beautiful little guy. We always prayed that we would eventually be able to add to our family once more. A couple of years later, we dove into the process again and had faith that we were meant to grow our family. Just eight months after completing our home study , that call came again this past October! A baby boy due in mid-December would be our second son. He was born on December 10th (12/10 seems to be a pretty special day for us!!) and came home at just two days old. We have been beyond blessed through adoption and are thankful to the beautiful and courageous women that made our family a reality. Our boys are both Christmas miracles.
