Fall photography season is just around the corner. My clients are beginning to think about what they are going to wear. They often ask me what they should wear for family sessions so they don’t look too “matchy”. Putting together outfits can be stressful for families, but with some tips it doesn’t have to be.

1: Choose an accent color you love and build around that. Use solids and pattern to tie outfits together.

2: Layer up your favorite items like cardigans, blazers, scarfs.

3. Avoid solid black and white for everyone in your group.

4: Jewel tones are nice for fall, but warm neutrals like ivories can photograph great too!
